San Severino Marche is a commune in the Province of Macerata in the Italian region of Le Marche. It is located about 31 miles (50 kms) southwest of Ancona and about 15.5 miles (25 kms) southwest of Macerata itself. The town lies beneath the Montenero hill, in the Potenza river valley. The buildings are both medieval and Renaissance.
