San Gemini is a commune of c. 5,000 inhabitants in the province of Terni in the central Italian region of Umbria, about 37 miles (60 kms) south of Perugia and about 6.2 miles (10 km) northwest of Terni. San Gemini borders the municipalities of Montecastrilli, Narni and Terni.
