Château Caillou is an estate in the commune of Fronsac on the right bank of the Bordeaux region. It makes red wine under the Canon-Fronsac AOC.

Owner: Eric Vareille runs the estate.

Vineyards: 2ha in the lieu-dit Caillau (sic) with Château Gaby to the north and Château Junayme to the south.
