Agricola Castelgrosso is an estate winery in Castel Ritaldi in the Montefalco region of Umbria, in central Italy. It produces red wines under the Montefalco Rosso DOC, the Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG and the Montefalco Sagrantino Passito DOCG. White wines are made under the Montefalco Bianco DOC.
Owner: The Mancini family since the 1850s. The family came from Rome and have always produced wine, olive oil and cereals. The company, now called Agricola Castelgrosso, is owned by brothers Augustus and Charles Mancini.
Vineyards: 120ha. of land in the hills of which 11 acres are vineyards. South-facing.
