Villa Mongalli is an estate winery in the Montefalco region of Umbria, central Italy. The villa and park once belonged to a noble family. It has frescoes created by Mariano Piervittori, an artist who was particularly active in Umbria in the second half of the 19th century. His decor is found in numerous buildings in Perugia, Spoleto, Foligno, Bevagna, Città della Pieve, and Orvieto, as well as in other local towns. In 1999 the house and estate was sold to the Menghini family (they had planted the original vineyards). White wines are made under the Spoleto Trebbiano Spoletino DOC. Red wines are made under the Montefalco Rosso and Riserva DOCs, and the Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG.
