Massimo Daldin is a wine producer in Località San Benedetto in the San Gimignano region of Tuscany in Italy. After a business trip to Siena in 1983, Massimo Daldin’s parents decided to sell the family vineyards in Trentino and buy a small farm in San Gimignano (Roberto Vispi, and Marco and Massimo Daldin were the three partners in the early 2000s). Massimo was only 11 when the move was made, and this is where he grew up and, after various experiences, decided to start producing grapes and making wine. In 1996 the wines started to be estate bottled. In 1997 the marketing of Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG began. Today, both Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and DOCG Riserva whites are made.
