Marsciano is a commune on the Perugia to Todi road, in the Nestore Valley in Perugia province in the Umbria region of Italy. It touches the border of the Colli Martani DOC but is entitled to the Colli Perugini DOC. The town is located about 25 km south of Perugia and borders the following municipalities: Collazzone, Deruta, Fratta Todina, Perugia, Piegaro, San Venanzo, and Todi.
