Marca Trevigiana IGT is a denomination for wines from the province of Treviso in the Veneto region in north-east Italy.
Terroir: Treviso’s piedmont comprises the wide range of hills that gently slope down in a discontinuous sequence from the rampart formed by Belluno’s pre-Alps to the banks of the River Piave. The portion of hills belonging to the Marca Trevigiana region runs from Vittorio Veneto to Valdobbiadene via Conegliano. The best sites here are south-facing with protection from cold air from the north.
