Livorno Province (Provincia di Livorno) is in the Tuscany region of Italy. The province is named after its provincial capital or ‘capoluogo’ Livorno (called Leghorn by English language speakers). It includes several islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, including Elba and Capraia. When formed in 1861, the province included only Livorno and Elba Island.
