Fuchs und Hase is a collaboration begun in 2012 between two organic producers in the Kamptal region of Austria, namely Martin and Anna Arndorfer of Arndorfer wines and Alwin and Stefanie Jurtschitsch (Real Wine Fair, 2017). They produce exclusively pet nat sparkling wines, releasing their first vintage in 2015 under the Fuchs und Hase label.
