Fattoria di Pancole is an estate winery in Frazione Pancole in the San Gimignano region of Tuscany in Italy, around 3km from the medieval town of San Gimignano. Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and DOCG Riserva whites are made. Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG red wine is also produced, as is a sweet white Vin Santo del Chianti Colli Senesi DOC.
