Crespina is a hamlet located between Lari and Fauglia in the commune of Crespina Lorenzana, in the Province of Pisa in Tuscany, Italy. It is located about 60 kms southwest of Florence and about 20 kms southeast of Pisa. Crespina hosts the municipal seat of the commune and falls within the Colline Pisane DOCG. Until 2013 Crespina was an autonomous municipality, also composed of the hamlets of Cenaia and Tripalle. The church of San Michele contains a precious painting.
