Champagne Serge Mathieu is located in the commune of Les-Riceys in the Aube area ofthe Champagne region of France. Traditional method sparkling wines are produced under the Champagne AOC. The Mathieu have been growers in the Aube since at least 1760. In 1970 Serge Mathieu took over. Now his daughter Isabelle and her husband Michel-Jacob run the company.
