Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC, Rosé del Cristo | 2012 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara. 12% alc. Classic method. Named after Cristo, an area noted for high quality Sorbara, and possibly its birthplace. Sandy soil which this grape likes. Bright red jelly fruit with an autolytic character (Dozza, 2017).

Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC, Col Sassoso | The name means ‘stony hill’.
