Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC is a red sparkling wine from a zone centred on the town of Castelvetro, south of Modena in Emilia, in the western part of of Emilia-Romagna,’ (David Gleave MW, 1989, p.88). The wine is made from the Lambrusco Grasparossa grape variety.

Terroir: The vineyards are at 660 metres (2,165 feet) altitude.

Typical flavours: Red cherry. Rose petal. Almonds.
