Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC is a sparkling wine from north-east of Modena in Emilia, the western part of Emilia-Romagna, in north-east Italy. Sorbara is ‘generally considered the classic zone’ for Lambrusco (David Gleave, 1989, p88).
