Castello di San Sano is an estate in Gaiole-in-Chianti in the Chianti Classico DOCG region of Tuscany, Italy. The estate takes its name from the locality or ‘frazione’ of San Sano which has 13th-century origins.
Owner: It was sold in 2015 to Antinori.
Vineyards: 230ha of land of which 90ha are vines. Surrounding land is mainly woodland (oak, chestnut).
