Castagnole Monferrato is a commune in the Province of Asti in the Italian region of Piedmont (‘Piemonte’), located about 50 kilometres east of the Metropolitan city of Turin (‘Torino’) and about 11 kms northeast of Asti. The town, which has medieval origins, has a number of Baroque churches.
