Canaiolo Bianco is a moderately disease resistant and productive minor white grape found fairly widely historically in Tuscany, mainly around Pisa, Prato, Florence, Siena, and Arezzo provinces) in its native Italy. In the Orvieto region the grape is called Drupeggio. The vine produces medium-sized bunches and medium-small berries. It has average productivity and disease resistance.
