Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) or common yarrow, is a flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is native to temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere in Asia and Europe and North America. It is used in organics and Biodynamics in plant-based sprays such as Yarrow tea, Yarrow cold extract and Yarrow and stinging nettle tea. As Yarrow 502 the plant is also one of the Biodynamic compost preparations 502-507.
