Villa Spoiano is an organic estate winery in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa in Tuscany, Italy. Wines are bottled under the Chianti Classico DOCG, the Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG, the Colli della Toscana Centrale IGT, and the Vin Santo del Chianti DOC.

Vineyards: Villa Spoiano is situated in the middle of the Chianti region, in the hills between Florence and Siena (340 metres a.s.l.). The estate covers 76 hectares of land, of which 20ha are olive groves, 20ha are vineyards and 12ha are arable. The warmest sites are planted with Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Cabernet and Syrah vines. Soils vary from stony to sandy (tufo). In the cooler areas to the west Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot are grown, on sandy terrain.
