Terre di Offida DOC is a white wine made from 85-100% Passerina grapes grown in the provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Fermo in the southern part of Le Marche, a region on the Adriatic coast of Italy. It can be made as a still dry wine, a sparkling wine, or as a sweet ‘passito’ wine. An optional 0-15% non-aromatic white grapes permitted to be grown in Le Marche may be blended in. Fermo province: Campofilone, Pedaso, Petritoli.
