Tenimenti Angelini, an investment group from northern Italy controlled by the Angelini family. This was the holding company for the Tenimenti Angelini group’s wineries. In late 2011 Tenimenti Angelini bought Bertani in Valpolicalla and created a new holding company called Bertani Domains s.r.l [sic] which see for a list of the group’s wineries.

The Angelini group also operates in the Personal Care sector through Fater, a joint venture with Procter & Gamble, a leader in the Italian market for absorbent hygiene products and a key player in the European bleach market. In the Machinery sector, the Fameccanica group, another joint venture with P&G, is the world leader in the design, construction and installation of integrated production lines for the market for disposable absorbent hygiene products. Angelini Beauty is the Business Unit dedicated to the Perfumery and Skincare and Suncare sectors, through licencing contracts with fashion houses and also through its own brands. In the Wine sector, the Angelini Group owns Bertani Domains.
