Tavoliere delle Puglie DOP is a denomination in the Daunia area in northern Puglia, Italy. It is named after the vast Tavoliere delle Puglie plain, the largest of southern Italy. This rises very gradually towards the hilly Daunia region. See Daunia IGT.
