Sinalunga is a town in the east of the Province of Siena, on the the border with the region of Umbria, and on the edge of the Val di Chiana (Chiana Valley), Tuscany, Italy. It has a long agricultural tradition, and it was here the Chianina breed of cattle was bred (see Bistecca alla fiorentina).
