Scarsafoglia (Scarsa Foglia) is a white grape variety native to Italy. It produces small sized sparse bunches, with medium berries.
Where grown: In Emilia-Romagna it is widespread in the countryside around Modena; one of the grapes used to make the then-famous wines of Scandiano.
