Cinque Terre Schiatetrà Bianco DOC: 2016 80% Bosco, 20% Rossese bianco.14.5% alc. 125g/l residual sugar. Air dried. Foot trodden. 28 day ferment on skins. Aged in cherry and pear oak. Then to steel, bottled. Amber coloured.
