Pascale is a red wine grape found in Italy, possibly of Spanish origin.

Viticulture: Pascale has medium-large bunches and berries. A very vigorous variety and dependable producer. Sensitive to powdery mildew (Oïdium).

Where grown: In Italy it is grown on the island of Sardinia (Sardegna).

Wines: Sardegna: there are no 100% Pascale DOC wines. It is allowed in almost 15 different Sardinian IGT wines.

Wine style: Pascale has always been used in blends with Cannonau, adding freshness and grace.
