Osimo | Commune in Ancona province in the Le Marche region of Italy. The municipality covers a hilly area located approximately 9.3 miles (15km) south of the port city of Ancona and the Adriatic Sea. As of 2015, Osimo’s population was 35,000. Part of Osimo’s vineyard falls within the boundaries of the Cònero DOCG and Rosso Conero DOC, both of which are red wine denominations.
