Orléans-Cléry AOC is a 100% Cabernet Franc red wine appellation in the Central Vineyards area of the Loire Valley. Orléans-Cléry covers five communes on the south or left bank (‘rive gauche‘) of the river Loire, whereas the wider Orléans appellation covers vineyards on both sides of the river and still wines of all three colours. Both Orléans and Orléans.Cléry were formerly conjoined under the single Vins de l’Orléanais banner.
