Moscato di Saracena DOC is a sweet white wine made from the Moscatello di Saracena grape which is native to Italy. The vines grow in Saracena in the Pollino area of Cosenza Province in the Calabria region of Italy. Other permitted grapes include Addoraca.

History: In the sixteenth century, Cardinal Sirleto had this wine sent by ship from Scalea to reach the papal court in Rome.
