Lecinara is a red grape variety native to Italy.
Where grown: In Lazio is also named Lecinaro. Today its di!usion is limited to a very small area in southeastern Lazio, between the Valle del Comino and the Valle del Liri, near Frosinone. It is allowed in some IGT wines such as Frusinate IGP, Lazio IGP and others.
Viticulture: Medium-sized and fairly compact bunches, with medium-sized berries.
