Impigo is a white grape variety native to Italy and found in Puglia.
Where grown: It is rare in Puglia. It still grows in the countryside around Ostuni, Brindisi, Carovigno, San Vito dei Normanni. It’s blended with Francavidda in the DOC Ostuni wines.
Viticulture: Medium sized bunches, with medium berries. Good vigour and productivity.
