Giorgio Meletti Cavallari is a wine producer in Castagneto Carducci on the Tuscan coast of Italy. Bolgheri Rosso DOC red wines are made.

Owner: Giorgio Meletti Cavallari is the son of Pier Mario Cavallari (see Grattamacco).

Vineyards: In San Vicenzo. 10ha of producing 40,000 bottles (Gambero Rosso 2015, p.606). 300 metres. The main vineyard is called Piastraia. It lies at 300 metres in the high part of Castagneto Carducci. Lower down around the estate’s agritourism is the Il Vallone vineyard.

Soils: Rich in ‘scheletro‘ and galestro.
