Fattoria ColSanto is located in the Montefalco region of Umbria. It was created by its current owners, the Livon family in 2001. The farmhouse dates from the 18th-century.

Vineyards: In Località Montarone in the commune of Bevagna. 20ha. 7,500 vines per ha.

Winery: Renovated in 2017.

White wines

Umbria Bianco, Cantaloupe: 2017 Trebbiano Spoletino. 14%. 10,000 bottles. Part aged in botte. Creamy and dense (2019 Anteprima).

Red wines

Ruris: Blend of Sagrantino, Sangiovese, and Merlot.

Montefalco Rosso DOC:

Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG, Montarone: 2012 100% Sagrantino. Well made (2019 Anteprima).
