Fattoria Castellina is an estate in Capraia e Limite, in Tuscany, Italy. It makes Chianti Montalbano DOCG red wines.

Biodynamics: Leonello Anello began consulting here in 2003. The first wine made with Biodynamic vineyard practices was from 2004 (without Biodynamic certification). | 2019 Member of Renaissance des Appellations.

Vineyards: Chianti Montalbano. 40-ha of land; 7-8-ha of vines; new plantings; also olives with their own press; bottle each of their 4 varieties aparts: Moraiolo, Frantoio, one very small litres called ?, and a pollinating variety called La Mignola; very sandy with clay; 2 ex different – one to the sea and one to the mountains; samll centrifuges for the oil.

Winery: Vats: was in steel; now in steel and wood.
