Cornaiano is a ‘frazione’ within Appiano or Eppan an der Weinstraße in the Süd-Tirol (Alto Adige) region and Province of northern Italy. The village of Cornaiano lies  on a sunny plateau in the Oltradige at 435 m asl.

Events: The wine cellar festival is the “Girlaner Kellerfest” plus there is an event called “die letzte Traubenfuhre”, which literally translated means “the last grape load”, taking place in autumn. Also is the Martini Market taking place every year on November 11, at Martinmas, as he is the patron saint of the village.
