Colonnara, formerly the Cantina Sociale di Cupramontana, is a co-operative winery in Cupramontana in Le Marche, a region on the Adriatic coast of Italy. It produces white wines under the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore and the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Riserva denominations.

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, Tùfico: The co-op’s flagship bottling from this DOC. 100% Verdicchio. From the Tùfico single vineyard in the Follonica area at 360 metres above sea level in the municipality of Cupramontana, approx 3 hectares of 12-14 year vines (in 2003).| 1998 debut. Hand picked. Around 13,000 bottles. | 2016 In 2016 the factsheet said it was from the San Marco quarter of Cupramontana. Riesling-like. Very different to the ‘Cuprese’ bottling which has mineral, freshness and is from the upper part of hill. This is lower, hotter, at 300-350 and S/SE-facing.
