Casciana Terme Lari is a commune and spa town in Pisa province in the Italian region of Tuscany located about 60 kms (37 mi) southwest of Florence and about 30 kms (19 mi) southeast of Pisa. Its capital is Lari.
The springs or ‘terme’ in Casciana had already been discovered in the days of the Roman Emperor Caesar Augustus.
