Caricagiola is a red grape variety native to Italy.

Where grown: In Sardinia (Sardegna) it is almost exclusively found in the area of Gallura (north-western Sardinia). It is used in several Sardinian IGT wines blended with other local grapes.

Viticulture: Medium-sized bunches and berries. Good vigour; high and quite dependable productivity; average diseases resistance.
