Cantina Rialto is an estate winery in the Montefalco region of Umbria, Italy. Rialto was born in the 1950s as a small family-run wine producer. In 1998 the company re-structured when Eraldo Dentici and his father created a small cellar named Cantina Rialto, after the homonymous hamlet in which it is located.

Vineyards: 8ha of vines in Giano dell’Umbria. Sagrantino, Grechetto, Merlot, Sangiovese and Trebbiano.
Olives: 7ha (1,200 trees) in the commune of Giano dell’Umbria producing extra virgin olive oil.
Winemaking: Hand picked. Open wooden vats for reds.
White wines
Umbria Grechetto, Esimio: 2017 14.5%. 60 days on skins in a 1,000-litre botte grande. Interesting saline-savoury fruit (Anteprima 2019).

Musa, Umbria Rosso IGT: 100% Sangiovese.
Montefalco Rosso DOC, Noè Brigante: 70% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot, 15% Sagrantino.
Montefalco Rosso DOC, Corcurione: 2015 15%. 60% Sangiovese (planted 2006), 30% Merlot (planted 1998), 10% Sagrantino (planted 1998). Smooth wild fruit, nice traditional style (Anteprima 2019).
Montefalco Rosso DOC, La Contessa: Merlot, Sangiovese, Sagrantino. Frenck oak barrels.
Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG, Le Piergole:
