Cannara is a commune in Perugia province of Umbria in central Italy, between Torgiano and Montefalco. The town gives its name to the Cannara IGT. It also falls within the Montefalco DOC. Within the communal boundary is the medieval village of Collemancio, on the crest of a hill 500 metres above the Topino river valley in which Cannara is located. Nearby is the archaeological site of Roman Urvinum Hortense.
