Bianco di Custoza or Custoza DOC is an early drinking still or sparkling (charmat usually rather than by the traditional method) white wine, the southern (and somewhat over-shadowed) neighbour of Soave. The production zone lies on the shores of Lake Garda in the Veneto region of north-east Italy. The wine is produced from Garganega (of nearby Soave fame) and Cortese (see Gavi DOCG).
