Zitsa is a region in Central Greece near both the town of Ioánnina and the border with Albania producing dry or medium lightly sparkling white wines from the local Debina grape variety (Oxford Companion to Wine: 2006. p.332, by Maggie McNie MW and Nico Manessis).
