Villa Pomona is an organic estate in Castellina in Chianti in the south western part of the Chianti Classico DOCG in Tuscany. The estate dates from 1899.
Owner: Soc. Agr. Eredi Enzo Raspi. Monica Raspi (+39 348.8223737) and her husband Enrico Selvi. Her great-great grandfather was Bandino Bandini.
Staff: Oenologist: Filippo Paoletti.
Vineyards: 2015 5ha (200 hl). Sangiovese mainly, plus a little Colorino and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Certification: 2012 First vintage with full organic certification.
Winemaking: Reds ferment in stainless steel tanks (Millésime Bio 2016). Ageing in Slavonian oak vats.
