Venezia DOC or Venice DOC (see Venice) covers two provinces, namely Venezia (Venice) and Treviso. In the Middle Ages, the Benedictine monks of the area contributed to the expansion of the land planted with vines and, starting from the 19th century, the monasteries became important reference points for viticulture and enological activity.

Venezia DOC Bianco & rosato or rosè,: Chardonnay, Pinot grigio. Bianco spumante, Bianco frizzante, rosato or rosè, spumante (fully sparkling) and frizzante (semi-sparkling).
Venezia DOC Rosso: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc.
