VINEYARDS | Terroir al Limit’s Les Manyes vineyard lies at 900 metres (feet) in the village of La Morera de Montsant which straddles the northern boundary between Priorat and the Montsant regions.
WINEMAKING | Coke Balon Jiménez is quoted (by Andrew Jefford, March 2018) as saying that the aim is to have fresh (juicy) grapes, not over-ripe, raisined ones, hence the move to higher altitudes and earlier picking.
