Tenuta Santedame–Ruffino is a winery in the commune of Castellina-in-Chianti in the Chianti Classico DOCG region of Tuscany.

Owner: Tenimenti Ruffino since 1988.

Chapel: In the woods there is a 14th chapel dedicated to Sant’Agnese.

Vineyards: 246ha of land in total, of which 57ha are vines. 350-465 metres. The estate contains a zone under EU protection.

IGT Toscana Rosso, Romitorio di Santedame: 65% Colorino, 35% Merlot with at least 18 months in new barrels (Rosemary George MW 2004, p.198).
