RED WINES

FRIULI COLLI ORIENTALE DOC, PIGNOLO | 2011 14%. Ferment in 50hl open vats. Destem. Love the black fruit and violet flavours, really forceful. Bit of brett too maybe. Can also have a percentage of air-dried grapes in wetter/cooler years.
