Moscato dell’Elba DOC: 2003 900 bottles. Nice bright mid-golden colour; lovely natural freshness and tangerine fruit; quite firm acidity too and plenty of mint and concentration (Bolgheri wine route office on Tues 22 Feb 2005).

Aleatico dell’Elba: 2002 Very nice concentration; lovely clear fruit; wild balck and red plus mint and herb; very good at the Bolgheri wine route office on Tues 22 Feb 2005. | 2003 100% Aleatico. 3,000 bottles.
Elba Rosso DOC, Vigna Pontecchio:
Elba Rosso DOC, Vigna Rosa Thea: 2002 90% Sangiovese, 10% Syrah. 6,200 bottles Deep colour; quite an extracted style compared to Mola and Cecilia; heavy oak but also plenty of weight to the fruit; seems like some old vines; decent modern style of Elba red (Bolgheri wine route office on Tues 22 Feb 2005).
Elba Rosso DOCG Riserva: 100% Sangiovese. 3,000 bottles.
